How can things improve overnight? It will take a whole new generation with a new mindset to get things worked out, or you need to have a true believer heading an institution to make things happen. I am thinking of the officer in Delhi who headed the Metro project and got it done. What I feel sad about is that this can be done without much effort. It is double saddening when you leave an Indian airport and a few hours away either in Dubai, Singapore or HK you are greeted with such excellent service at the airport. Sure there are flaws in these airports too but at least the user expereince is a pleasant one. Enjoy the rest of your flight. LAX is a zoo :-) compared to SFO :-) Kamla Why do you sound surprised?
